Pines of the Appian Way was meant to conjure an image of marching legions. Superman doesn't have legions. Wonder Woman does, at least sometimes.

I think I'd associate Diana more with "Eagle" or "Fernando". After all, Wonder Woman's choice to become a hero is the most conscious, informed, and dispassionate one amongst the Trinity.
