I'm trying to remember a post Clone Sage issue which had Peter and MJ hanging out with Jill and Paul Stacy at a club (I think), which led to awkwardness, especially when the ladies leave the lads alone. This is a scene from that issue.

It’s this issue right here

Paul was such an awful character. I’ve never seen anyone so obsessed with their cousin and uncle. He talks about them like it was his Dad and sister. So silly and weird.
I’ve definitely seen these panels before. Might be a fill-in for ASM (Steve Skroce was horrible at keeping schedule and quickly flaked out on this supposedly dream gig) or it could be PPSM (maybe the Friends of Humanity story, where we find out another of Paul’s lovely qualities was he hated mutants /s). Pretty sure it’s not from Sensational, and 100% sure it’s not from Spec (DeMatteis’ writing is a lot tighter than this for starters, and Luke Ross was almost never filled in for). Sorry, I can’t help more. I’ll let you know if it suddenly dawns on me.
EDIT: Oh, the guy above me got it.
"Has Sariel summoned you here, Azrael? Have you come to witness the miracle of your brethren arriving on Earth?"
"I WILL MIX THE ASHES OF YOUR BONES WITH SALT AND USE THEM TO ENSURE THE EARTH THE TEMPLARS TILLED NEVER BEARS FRUIT AGAIN!"
"*sigh* I hoped it was for the miracle."
Dan Watters' Azrael was incredible, a constant delight and perhaps too good for this world (but not the Forth). For the love of St. Dumas, DC, give us more!!!
