Great article that kills the twitter and doomsayer trolls.
Back in May, DC already made a push into South Korea via Kakao (an SK media company) and converted some of their comics into webtoon vertical format to read. I’m not good at navigating their website, but I have seen the Superman Rebirth webtoon and I assume other comics have been translated and converted as well.
This is only a guess (again, not good at navigating foreign websites) but they’ve probably translated or are translating webtoon versions for the rest of the Asian market as well.

It's not like Rebirth worked, characters being back is meaningless if they don't have a "space" where to put them. Thou I think that Lee was talking about more about early Covid era where lots of people were let go and comic book line shrank considerably. Now they are pretty much back where they were before Covid.
As they're still clearing out the Future State work from Didio's aborted 5G I'm still left with no idea what their own vision is for DC's future.
