Selene is in the building.
(But didn't St. John leave last issue and Sofia/Trinary found a hole in the ceiling where Monet was?)

"Danielle... I intend to do something rash and violent." - Betsy Braddock
Krakoa, Arakko, and Otherworld forever!
Yeah no.
We’ve been told to root for Gorgon, have feels for Apocalypse and his genocidal brats; root for Sinister and Yass Queen for Mystique. And now we’re expected to root for Selene going GirlBoss?
Seriously?
Yes, yes! long live Selene! Praise be!
Ommadon: “By summoning all the dark powers I will infest the spirit of man So that he uses his science and logic to destroy himself. Greed and avarice shall prevail, and those who do not hear my words shall pay the price. I'll teach man to use his machines, I'll show him what distorted science can give birth to. I'll teach him to fly like a fairy, and I'll give him the ultimate answer to all his science can ask. And the world will be free for my magic again.”
Why would she immediately tell Selene that she has a defense against psychic attacks?
oh man i freaking love Selene.
I had high hopes for this series, this ain't it
After last issue spare me this girlboss shit from Selene of all people. Last time she did anything significant she started an incel cult that tried to help Red Skull take over America. That they did nothing to her after Captain America turned her over to Krakoa is pathetic.
Umm, I'm not rooting for any of those people. Nor do I feel that the story is saying any of them are in the right. That's on you.
And what's with all the lingo? I really doubt Selene would care about something like #girlboss. She's being ruthless, that's who she is.
That's cause Krakoa doesn't acknowledge bad stories. That they did nothing to her after Captain America turned her over to Krakoa is pathetic.
That Captain America arc was wack, Selene is too interesting to be defeated like a 1950s Disney villain. I’m glad Krakoa swooped in and saved her.
Edited for being too mean and salty.
Hell, this makes me rethink some of the abuse of power implications from the last issue. It might have been Tini seriously thinking Monet was in the right.

I can't help but wonder why goddess Selene of all people is playing along in this little X-Corporate LARP.
Best thing in the preview... and the series so far...

I love how Selene says 'you' will die in the future. She knows there ain't no 'we' in that scenario.
