Exploitative, but not sexist. It's reversing a double standard. If a white guy treats another white guy the same as he treats a black guy, he's not being racist in that situation.

No, that's not sexism. Sexism is the differential treatment of people based off of sex, often institutionalized or culturally imposed. If men and women are both treated with the same level of objectification, then it's just sexuality, not sexism.

I don't have an issue with any of these hypothetical variants, I would like to pint out though, that none of them display the level of mastery that Manara's does. If you are going to give us sexualised variants can it at least be somebody that's good at it.

Why not? If men can have women drawn to appeal to the male gaze, then women should have men drawn to appeal to the female gaze. I have no problem with equal-opportunity eye candy.
