Had this image in my head, but it turns out to be a panel, not a cover. Oh well.

I was bummed to find that a DC mini-series from back in 2011, Batman: Gates of Gotham, which starts with a new, unknown villain blowing up three bridges in Gotham City, apparently didn't have any covers showing the bridges.
