    He and Tomeu Morey work so well together. All the glowy lights... and the screentone effects (some may think of them as tiny Ben-Day dots), which he uses more sparingly than some other artists who also who like the effect, though it's still a bit on every page.

    I play "spot the screentone" with some artists like Jimenez. I don't think we are supposed to look that closely at the craft, but more at the the general effect, but for some reason I look for certain things. Bruno Redondo uses the screentone effect extensively as well.

    March on the other hand does a lot of cross hatching, which is a very different approach to shading.

    Interesting idea - I can see the Batgirls being able to rescue Oracle being both an echo of Future State and also hopefully them re-adjusting Babs's perception of them so that their relationship is on a better footing!

    On the other hand, Redondo is superb in everything he does.

    I quite like Corona. I agree he doesn't go for "beautiful", but I definitely like how he draws the girls a lot.

    Redondo is fine. I get why he's so popular, but partly because he's been paired with Taylor for the last two years, I really don't dig his stuff. He does weird "jokes" like "how do you hold pizza, fellow human", and his stuff is just "fine" for me.

    But I am aware that I'm in the minority opinion here.

    It's not that good, but drawn by some artists better than others. So far I think Jamal Campbell's covers have made the most of it.
