For those unclear on DCAU Gold Amazo, at least two relevant facts.

1. He has a copy of DCAU's Superman's Kryptonian abilities. He also copied a yellow sun. That is why he is 'gold'.

2. When flying through space and coming across Oa, guarded by a number of the Green Lantern Corp., Gold Amazo 'blinked' Oa and its guards out of space/time rather than flying around them. When confronted at the end of the episode, he apologized and 'blinked' them back to where they were supposed to be.
