Jesus Mags is getting his ass whooped.
IF he is not the killer, that is even more salt to the wound
'How many women is it now you once claimed to love who all perished during you brief window of affection or attention? You leave a trail of dead wives and dead daughters behind in your wake' to me this choice of words implies (even if Onslaught could be influencing Magneto assuming he indeed killed Wanda) the choice to intentionally malign Magneto on a psychological level is made which if it is short term is unfortunate and if it's long term is straight up misandry ..as if Magneto is a misogynist (which I find ridiculous even if it is being implied)

It was certainly weird considering that he killed his son, didn't kill Magda nor Anya. Probably didn't kill Wanda. He hasn't been the best father to Wanda and Pietro, but the comments between Mags and she were off.
Love is for souls, not bodies.
I truly think this is becoming a problem and not only for this story but for the franchise itself.
Like I get writers want to get into the woke bussines but X-men titles were ahead of it´s time because it questioned the status quo, it questioned it´s villains but also questioned the X-men themselves and their actions and feelings.
It´s also why I get turned off everytime all this "empowerement" narrative comes up for the female characters at the cost of the male ones, because if you need to completely change the narrative, motivation, and past relationship between a female and a male character just to have your empowered moment, it ends being a hollow narrative, because to have this one moment, you completely disregarded who those characters are.
Exactly and it´s not the first time he has taken on the X-men in Wanda´s defense and he would do the same for Lorna given the chance or the circusntance.Magneto loves Wanda and would die for her in a second. Lorna doesn't love Wanda, she doesn't even like Wanda.

Well, at least we know Mags is out of his coma. Wanda still has the American Beauty flower thing going on.

Only a matter of time before Magneto takes some names.
Briar needs to be around tho. Unless she’s one of the dead wives Lorna was talking about.
He only had one wife and it was not his fault she died and yes lest bring in Briar, at least give him someone supporting him marvel. Last time I saw her she was living with Magneto and the Acolytes on Asteroid M so I guess she´s still there or she´s living on her own.
Seriously after this and they find the evidence he was framed, he should just take a break from everybody and go to one of his asteroids or Arakko. They may be a war oriented race with Apocalypse´s mentality but at least he knows what to expect from them.
Now it´s curious we are seeing more New X-men around and they have definitely been affected by Onslaught so they may know something or like someone said, they may be involved in the murder.

so just the four of them go to confront magneto, two of which are covered in metal
After the last schooling Mags gave him, Vision meticulously removed any materials from his body that could be manipulated through electromagnetism. (It prevented his little brother Victor from using his own magnetic abilities against him.)
The old man could be in trouble here. The last time Vision felt genuine bloodlust, he crushed a very stacked Avengers team, singlehandedly.
"A happy ending? So unlikely. We're not having a moment here.
Wrong city, wrong people, all huddling in fear.
No one escapes the slaughterhouse, and that's just where you're at.
(You could've asked Rebecca but then Adam stomped her flat.)
You think you're special cuz you're scrappy? You're deluded, time to go.
Lucy's living on the moon but you're another dead psycho."
On the one hand, I hope this book is just not everyone battling it out instead of having a conversation, like they should be doing... on the other hand, maybe its best we get all these obligatory confrontations out of the way early.
The art's still good. The panel with the Wasp punching Mags is funny.
