    18 should be fast enough to blitz Tatsumaki, and she's way beyond planet-busting levels of damage output. This feels like a stomp.

    18 would stomp Saitama, and even Tatsumaki's hax should not be able to overcome the extreme difference in power.

    Tbh, only by how she's held her own (and then some) against feat-confirmed planet busters, which includes exchanging fire. But she doesn't have actual planet busting feats of her own.

    As for this thread, yeah, 18 stomps and I'm not saying by any means that Tatsumaki ever outspeeds or outmaneuvers her, but I'm just pleasantly surprised whenever she pulls out a new speed feat, which is virtually in every fight she's in.

    She's still likely a snail compared to her, but I'm just giving him what little love the Tornado can get in this matchup.

    Tatsumaki's a woman as far as I know, unless there's been some revelation in a chapter I haven't read yet which is possible since I'm quite far behind in that regard.
