Cosmetics will apparently still cost in some cases though, which is a continued annoyance in Marvel games. But actual gameplay will all be you.

I'd be more interested if it were the actual Midnight Sons and not them slightly changing the name spelling so they can just copy and paste the same characters they use everywhere.

Yeah and I'm happy they are there. I don't need another game with Cap, Captain Marvel and Iron Man in it. And Wolverine there is the basic cash grab. It's just them not wanting to take a risk and cashing in. And it's boring to me. It's not worth my money. Marvel games have been mailing it in.

I like what I'm seeing from the turn based combat.

Looks as different from X-Com as they suggested. Was a bit wary of cards, as I used to play Magic and found the gameplay of Slay The Spire incredibly linear and boring, but maybe this will be interesting. Worst case it's like Pokemon where I never felt like using buffs/debuffs was worth it as the fights were too short, but in a team battle it makes a lot more sense.

Also, big yawn at Wolverine turning up to be edgelord grandad again because marketing said so. Even Venom would make more sense here, and I hate Venom.
