Default Casey Jones (TMNT 1 & 3) Vs. Keno (TMNT 2)

So the Turtles' Extra Ranger Casey Jones, as played by Elias Koteas, goes up against the Turtles' teen sidekick Keno, as played by Ernie Reyes, Jr!

(and both have been verbally threatened by Raph)

Round 1: No gear, but the fight takes place in the Foot Clan junkyard

Round 2: Casey gets his standard gear,* and the fight happens at night in Central Park

*We're not counting TMNT 4 since Casey leveled up in gear and experience

Round 1: Unless Casey finds some sort of weapon in the junkyard, Keno might take this since he does have better unarmed feats (might be lowballing Casey though since I do recall he can one hit KO Foot Ninja mooks though that's after weaponizing a garbage truck to make sure they're out of the final fight).

Round 2: Casey destroys. The guy simply does whenever he's armed with just about any object in his hands. Like if he was in that opening in the second film instead of Keno, he'd probably have a lot more of a KO body count alongside the Turtles than the three dudes Keno wasted.

Keno should take Round 1, but it's really close. He has the better choreography and is quicker on his feet. While this is a bit of a low showing, he did kick the TGRI canister out of the Shredder's hand, which, if nothing else is consistent with his ability to rise to the upper ranks of the Foot Clan in day.

Round 2, hm. Not sure, but it certainly favours Casey. He's cartoonishly strong with that cricket bat. Keno is demonstrably more skilled, but Casey only needs one hit.

Pretty much. Casey fight against Tatsu, Shredder's number 2, in the first film was mostly the former getting trashed until he finds a golf club and...Well, he wins. The implication I'm seeing is that Casey is tough but kinda sucks in unarmed combat yet shoots pretty high in the ass kicking department if he has a weapon in hand.
