Maybe it's the phenomenal artwork by Golden, but this splash of Scarlet Witch against Pyro always comes to mind. To be sure Wanda has bigger moments than this, but this is one of my favorites.

A plethora of great moments happened in the '90s, here's three of my faves...

The New Warriors showing their Teen Spirit (LOL):

The Spirit of Vengeance from TEX (the glow-in-the-dark cover was an extra bonus):

Evolution of the Man Without Fear!

I love the classic sequence from ASM #33, where Peter lift the machine wreck over his head.

One of my favorite Wolverine vs Sabretooth fights happens in Wolverine #10, in a long flashback that takes half of the issue. There, a young Logan faces Sabretooth, after he murdered Logan’s lover, Silver Fox. A memorable fight that has been adapted and referenced many times throughout Wolverine’s history. I love the phrase a triumphant Sabretooth says at the end:

"The Batman is Gotham City. I will watch him. Study him. And when I know him and why he does not kill, I will know this city. And then Gotham will be MINE!"-BANE

"We're monsters, buddy. Plain and simple. I don't dress it up with fancy names like mutant or post-human; men were born crueler than Apes and we were born crueler than men. It's just the natural order of things"-ULTIMATE SABRETOOTH

Those were epically brutal moments. Daredevil didn't come to play with either of those SOBs.
The spider is always on the hunt.

From Secret Wars (2015) #8. Hasbro even made Secret Wars Doom with a Thanos skull and spinal cord as an accessory

For The Heroes, these would be my favorites...

    "The Bride of Ultron!"

Good addition to this.....I'd forgotten what a big boost that gave to Baron Zemo's character. Shame on me! It's too bad that this story probably won't ever be adapted by the MCU.

Where Collossus killed Prometheus in Uncanny X-Men 128.

Or the well known Wolverine pic, where he gets out of the sewers under the Hellfire Club.
