It fits well with the plot of the episode. After Yorkie passes over her afterlife feels incomplete until Kelly joins her. SJ and Bubble Bobble may be computer generated worlds but the love and time Yorkie & Kelly have with each other is REAL. I wonder if the writer knew this?

Early on in "Silence of the Lambs" we see some of Clarice training at the FBI and we see her fail to properly clear a room and her instructor is able to put a gun to the back of her head. It's shown as just a day in her life and they didn't make a big deal about it, but clearly was a hint at the film's climax.

Is it foreshadowing if you literally see what's going to happen but all that's lacking is a larger context? Sinclair being shown a vision of Babylon 5 exploding and a single shuttle escaping comes to mind. That happens but it's the station being intentionally scuttled and Sheridan is the last man off in that shuttle. And all of Babylon Squared leading into War Without End.

B5 did a lot of that. But they also did a TON of the type of foreshadowing the OP talks about. Season 3's "Dust to Dust", early in the Shadow War, when the final shot of Vorlon Ambassador Kosh is in front of a giant, glowing "Warning!" sign.

Or the S1 episode that introduces the alien execution/healing machine, where the backstory of the doctor guest character is foretelling Franklin's descent into addiction later in S2 and S3.

Or Vir's answer to Morden's classic "What do you want?" question in S2. Which is probably Vir's most beautiful scene in the entire show.

Hell, the entirety of S1's "Infection" is basically a microcosm for the rest of the series. An ancient alien threat is accidentally awakened, threatens to kill everyone and is ultimately convinced that it's wrong and talked down.

Not sure if it counts but in Back to the Future when Marty's trying to convince 1955 Doc he's from the future he shows him the photo of him with his siblings which Doc scoffs at as a poor photoshop saying the top of his brother's head is cut off. So the film already told you the countdown of Marty getting erased from existence began before they even explain that out in a scene shortly later.
