What heroes so you think could work in real life, if only for a short period before they got arrested or shot dead?
1940s JSA. Sandman, atom.

Gun toters like punisher would probably attract attention with their gunfire.

Union jack might work best. If he's a licensed government agent with SAS training, body armour and light weaponry.

Thanks. How do you picture a real MK working? His glider cape and aircraft aren't too far fetched. Would he have Disassociate identify disorder as well? Combined with martial arts and special forces training that could be interesting.

I don't know about you, but I'd keep it simple. Just stick with what has initially been established, and go from there.
