Xialing seems a notch or two higher. Much better fight choreography helps a lot.

Xialing's rope dart also had magical properties: It seemed to shorten/lengthen to whatever length she needed it to be for whatever she was doing with it.

For all intents and purposes, Xialing can just stay out of harm's way from a non-shooting/throwing weapon and attack somebody from an extended distance.
