Nobody on the Giants is very good. Judge is probably gone next year. They just looked out manned everywhere last night. It's amazing that GM Gettleman still has a job. His two big picks are busts. Using a #2 overall pick on a Running Back is foolish unless their last name is Henry or McCaffery. (and even then...). Barkley can't stay on the field and he looks average when he is on it. And picking Jones the most important position has not turned out. He has assembled a losing team with high draft picks year after year. How does he still have a job?

The purely cynical response would be that Gettleman has dirty pictures of the Mara family to use as blackmail. Beyond that, I suspect ownership has no idea what their addled GM is doing and mistakenly believes he's assembled a winning team.

This is the same owners who had Parcels/Simms and Coughlin/Manning. How can they be so clueless?

There are reports that Nagy has been told he is going to be fired after Thursday. He is going to coach the game vs Detroit but is going to be fired Friday. Dont know why the wait but hey.

This week we get Eagles versus Giants, featuring two Penn State RBs. Who will get more yards, Saquon or Miles Sanders?

The Giants will be going to the game without their OC. They Fired Jason Garret today.

I think I saw something about that this morning but was skeptical that it was actually true. I guess the only rationale is that with a week and a half off after Thursday's game, it'll give Nagy's replacement time to formulate a game plan.

With word that Jordan Howard will miss this Sunday's game from an injury, that'll mean an increased workload for Sanders, so I'll roll with him. Meanwhile, with Jason Garrett having gotten the chop, heaven only knows what sort of offense the Giants will go with.

I'd say that the Giants are in need of a total blowup and fully clean house with nobody being safe, players or coaches.

I'm thinking it's a lock if they lose. 50% chance even if they win. At year's end, guaranteed.

Which means Judge can't use him as a scapegoat at season's end to save his job... if the team keeps struggling, that excuse is gone.

The Giants are gonna try to blame Garrett on the fact Daniel Jones hasn't progressed while he's not had Barkley in the 19 games (outta 26 he coached as offensive cooridinator). In all this is one of those...nothing really went right from QB who kept turning ball over as we know and others not healthy beyond Barkley this season. Judge himself will likely get another season but given how Jones has played , the idea he's the next Peyton Manning is a huge leap at this point.

I don't think he tracks coordinators.

Also, the Colts 41-15 upset of the Bills was a Scorigami!

Oh yeah, that's right. I forgot Judge is the coach.

I think perhaps the funniest moment that has summed up the entire last 2 seasons of Giants football is where Daniel Jones broke wide open for a 80+ yard run. Had no one around him for 10-15 yards , got so over excited running and...tripped himself up alone.
