Right, the classic Fury, daughter of Wonder Woman, does exist in another reality. I guess that's something. I'd love to see a Wonder Woman spin-off focusing on the family of characters -- maybe with Donna Troy as the lead. Batman has an entire division at DC -- there should be room for another WW series.

I hope it will be the classic Fury, daughter of Wonder Woman, who shows up, eventually. I would like to see her join the other Wonders, for more than just nostalgic reasons. Having recurring characters from alternate realities (Fury, Jason), magical realms (the Dream King, Siegfried of Asgard, Amethyst) and lost civilizations (Diana, Artemis, Achilles) ..drifting through Checkmate DC would add to the quirkiness of the Wonderverse, really amping the X-filesy quality the Cloonrad & Co is running with.

Consider how Diana got to Man's World - not like she applied for a bloody VISA, is it? The WW comic needs a signature...like the Bat and Super comics. If there's ever to be an X-files Capital of the DCU, it should be Wonder Woman's home town in MW.

I can't think of a bolder way to illustrate that weirdness, than dropping Fury of old Earth-2 right into the Wonder Woman Family, as a recurring character.

The head-dress...? I don't know. Artists seem to be fond of placing these colored buttons or baubles on superhero outfits, ..seemingly to take up empty space. That headpiece will always look to me, like Ordway was considering turning the eagle symbol from the Go-Age WW's breastplate ..into Lyta's crown, framing it in red - sorry he didn't. For my money, that big, gold button on her head [Push it for candy ..or an elevator?!] is one of the most annoying costume pieces, ever!

While I'd love to have Fury back after reading more about her in Infinity Inc, i do think she needs some tinkering.

Slight costume adjustment, she needs something that places her in the WW family. Especially should have the gauntlets.

Better fighting style, maybe have the lasso passed on to her, definitely stronger than her original depiction.
