He did, in the story. He was being manipulated by Mojo though. They were both teenaged lovers in high school in the story, as plotted by Mojo.

It was a brilliant issue! Did anyone else take note of the fact that Wanda, when not under duress by the Apocalypse Twins, was still repulsed by Simon! This issue made me so freaking happy, and confirmed all of my suspicions about Remender's intentions.

I see. I think I prefer him and Scarlet Witch than Vision and Scarlet Witch.

Oh, just what I've been saying all along: that he was only pairing them up for the squick factor. I figured as much, because everything else he's done with Wanda has been bang on and in character. Remender always does his research, but he also likes to make his characters suffer.

Wanda was in a desperate place. Banging her stalker was just further evidence of just how messed up she was there.

I then hope that Wanda and Cap get together.
