According to GameNGuide, Earth's greatest wizard "Doctor Strange" is sure to show up in the team of "The Avengers". Benedict Cumberbatch mentioned in his interviews that he has been working with some of the actors of "The Avengers". He also mentioned a slight plot spoil by saying "Doctor Strange" will try to get to know Scarlet Witch. So that also confirms Elizabeth Olsen's involvement in the film.*

Scarlet Witch is portrayed incorrectly. At this point her swimsuit had shoulder straps. Her swimsuit only became strapless in Avengers #75.

The cartoonist portrays the Maximoffs that way as a nod to their Roma/Gypsy roots. Around the time they appeared in the movies there were arguments on Tumblr as to whether they had been "whitewashed" or not; I don't think so, but their ethnicity in the comics (at least until the next retcon) is what they're trying to convey there.
Realistically, Wanda shouldn't be as pale as the driven snow like some colorists portray her. Some of the colorists in the solo have been a lot better about that.
Maybe, but for most of their lives Pietro and Wanda were supposed to be either the children of The Whizzer and Miss America, or Magneto and Magda. Of those four, only Magda would probably have a darker tone. In the former case, it wouldn't make sense to portray them that way, and in the latter, I guess artists could realistically say that the twins favored their father.
