Would the robots on Westworld make better terminators?

So in westworld, you have machines that border on being sentient, they can exhibit all range of human emotions, pass the turing test, can dream, eat, drink and have sex, form interpersonal relationships, react like a human, can improvise and think critically, have implanted memories of past lives, bleed and "die" like a normal person, exhibit normal body temperature and sensory sensation and even have objectives implanted into their subconscious and move towards those goals without realizing it.

Now, if skynet were to make something like this then it would essentially be like Marcus Wright from TNS but less autonomous and easier to control, less bulky and heavy and basically short of seeing the mechanical wires underneath the skin can pass off as a human. Sure, they won't have any internal weapons but being resourceful they could acquire one within their surrounding to kill their target or even be equipped one after creation. Hell, they all have super strength and can strangle their target to death if need be.



Could these machines be better terminators than the actual terminators we all know?
