ATT Robin vs Daphne Blake from Scooby Doo

The "Daphne Blake as Martial Arts master" era (thankfully) ended about a decade ago with Mystery Incorporate. Modern Daphne has no combat skills to speak of.

You have evidence of that? Mystery Incorporated was a separate continuity from the DTV films line, and from what I understand everything in the DTV films is still in continuity with the DTV line - in fact, the most recent DTV "Scooby-Doo! The Sword and the Scoob" puts the lie to Daphne having "no combat skills to speak of" (she easily bests several Renaissance fair knights).

I was referring from the context of a martial artist such as Robin from the animated Teen Titans. Sure, she (spoilrs for the Sword and the Scoob) spoilers:

beat up some rennaissance faire jousters posing as knights deliberately attempting to manipulate the gang into signing over the city

end of spoilers but that doesn't prepare her for taking on a Robin

As for continuity in the DTV movies, there are distinct continuities there. The "Monsters are Real" movies are not in continuity with the others, the "What's New Scooby Doo" movies such as Scooby Doo and the Samurai Sword which were cited above as evidence of her martial arts prowess were in continuity with that show but the modern era of DTV movies is very explicitly not in continuity with those, and Samurai Sword in particular represents a problem when trying to put all of those movies together: Velma and Fred are exposed to the actually supernatural in that film whereas Curse of the 13th Ghost explicitly says she has never seen it. The current continuity does include a broad strokes version of movies such as Zombie Island but until explicitly stated there's no way to judge feats from the previous era of movies (which, again, were in continuity with the show.

But ultimately it comes down to the fact that Scooby Doo has a number of different continuities that interact in spotty ways and have one clear point of distinction. The What's New Scooby Doo era DTV movies such as Samurai Sword were established in Scooby Doo and the Goblin King as having the home town of Coolsville (The same from the WNSD TV show, as well as the live action movies and A Pup Named Scooby Doo) while the more recent movies were established in "Happy Halloween, Scooby Doo" as having the home town of Crystal Cove (The same one from Mystery Inc, the YA Daphne and Velma novels, and the lego Scooby-Doo films). Therefore current continuity Daphne is no martial artist and no threat to ATT Robin. Unless you can find some evidence in Be Cool Scooby Doo or Scooby Doo and Guess Who to disprove this

Sure, continuity is somewhat spotty, if only because of Return to Zombie Island and Curse of the 13th Ghost trying to imply that the supernatural bits didn't happen - yet they also didn't outright contradict them either (outside of de-aging the gang, like making Daphne's show some kind of school project or whatever...yeesh). Still, the DTVs are largely their own ongoing continuity from Zombie Island to The Sword and the Scoob, and where the continuity differs like Zombie Island/Return of Zombie Island we know some version of it still happened. Basically, while modern films have tried to debunk the supernatural elements of the older films, all evidence points to some version of those events still happening. So maybe the dragon and Black Samurai weren't supernatural, but unless stated otherwise some version still happened more than likely just like Zombie Island and 13 Ghosts. It's...complicated. But minor differences in continuity seems to be applied by the current creative team to change aspects of history, but not remove the events themselves entirely. There's no evidence to suggest Daphne's martial arts skills aren't still in continuity. So her feats should stand. Still think ATT Robin wins though.

Edit: Be Cool is clearly not in any of the DTV continuities, and I'm not sure about Guess Who but clearly they're not in the same continuity as the Brave and the Bold crossover movie. Anyways, current DTV continuity Daphne should still have her martial arts from Samurai Sword.
