Nah HE was in space, Dr Stasis the guy creating whatever 'doomsday' like prototype that was , most likely was on earth working with or for Kevin Heng

Then I am intrigued wit Dr Stasis, he talked about wanting to perfect people, similar to how Evolutionary was on Uncanny Avengers vol.2 but if they are two different characters, then I am intrigued to know about Stasis reasons.
