That girl who invited the New Mutants to a party, I can't remember her name. She hadn't a big role, though . Nevertheless, her friend Manoli Wetherell (short, glasses, yellow-red hair), after taking part in that glorious Slumber Party, showed up many years later by surprise as a TV reporter in order to cover the battle X-Men vs. Adversary.

There are many more for sure.

Jean's parents I get. Night Nurse is not a friend of the X-Men I think. At least I don't recall seeing her in the X-books.

    The other 3 I don't know.

Also added Luc and Henri LeBeau.

Dr Tamagochi served to propel Cyclops' character as a badass who makes all the though decisions dumping his elderly workers into a garbage dump without any ceremony once they die on the job.

Rereading Chris' New Mutants, it was cool how they had human friends and Professor X actually encouraged it.
I think Manoli was a friend of Chris or something. Not a serious character.

She was a love interest for Nightcrawler in his Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa written solo series and a regular part of the supporting cast.

    The other 3 I don't know.
Dai Thomas featured the Claremont/Davis and Davis/Davis Excalibur runs and was a supporting cast member alongside the Stuarts.

Rassendyll was another love-interest of Nightcrawler's.

Luna DePaula ran the coffee-shop the New X-Men frequented. She gave Surge a job to let her work off some damage she'd done to the place, and had a crush on Dani Moonstar.

    Leong & Nga Coy Manh
    Courtney Ross
    William & Peg Lonestar
    Lucius Antonius Aquilla
    Michael Bowen

I honestly think Cody Robbins shouldn't be in the list. His only relationship with an X-(Wo)Man was right before (and during) she showed her mutant power for the first time.

    New Mutants #26 Apr 1985
"Legion" First full appearance of Legion.
    On Muir Island,

    David Haller's powers go berserk.
Professor X and some of the New Mutants come to investigate.
Sharon and Tom are mentally not there after having watched David.

Meanwhile in Massachusetts, after Emma Frost dressed down Empath,
he retaliates by manipulating her emotions, and finds it easier than he thought he would.

On Muir Island, Professor X is repelled when he
tries to find out what's going on in David's mind.
    Elsewhere, in the Bermuda Triangle,

Lee Forrester gets some indication of Magneto's tormented psyche.

Back on Muir Island, Professor X and Gabrielle Haller have a long overdue chat,
as Moira's and Rahne's psyches get sucked into David Haller's mind.

Script by Chris Claremont, art by Bill Sienkiewicz

The Sungilia mentioned Emelia Witherspoon should be included in the list.

Melita Gardner? The reporter that Wolverine was dating for a bit. She had a whole party with the X-Men for his b-day and was generally friendly with the team. Do super powered humans count? T'Challa, Steve Rogers, Natasha Romanov, Clint Barton, heck most of the Avengers that are simply powered humans and not Gods like Thor and Herc.
    You brought back Wolverine

How can you all forget Harry Morrell the owner of the X-men's favorite drinking spot Harry's Hideaway?

Granted, the guy seems to massively change his look every other time he appears but he is very pro-mutant and they've repeatedly told us he was a long time friend of Charles Xavier (although it's never really went int any details.)

Where would the X-men go to drink without Harry?
