Who needs Batman Inc. when you've got the alliance of Batman's police contacts?

Both of these things should probably be integrated into one concept.

Yes, that should be somewhere on the "how to be Batman" list

This was a major let down for me:

    spoilers:
So he she is mad at Batman for drunk driver that he saved a year ago? Might as well get mad at policemen and fire fighters because they sometimes save people who later make mistakes as well.
    end of spoilers

Yeah, that revelation ,even aside from the lazy info dump that delivered it, was a bit silly. I mean, yeah bad guys are deranged but this just seemed poorly thought out...which is a shame because until now this was a fun romp.

Necro'ing b/c I just finished reading the HC and didn't want to create a thread for a somewhat insignificant question, buuut... how did Bruce know what Equilibrium looked like at the end of #4? I was thinking maybe she was the fake cop/detective in the interrogation room, but the skin tone and hair did not match. Did I miss something?
Comics were definitely happier, breezier and more confident in their own strengths before Hollywood and the Internet turned the business of writing superhero stories into the production of low budget storyboards or, worse, into conformist, fruitless attempts to impress or entertain a small group of people who appear to hate comics and their creators. -- Grant Morrison, 2008

trade-waiting - Ice Cream Man, Monstress

backlog - Blade of the Immortal, Mignolaverse, Mind MGMT, Promethea
