The Superior Spider-Man, Spider-Gwen, Ben Reilley either Scarlet Spider from the 1990s or as Spider-Man in the 1990s and Miles Morales/Spider-Man.

They all bring unique aspects and are dissimilar to Pete.Web has the Web connections, Miguel has future connections, Kaine is ruthless, Gwen has the personal connection w/ Pete and multiversal thing.

Kaine, Ben Reilly, Miguel (2099) end either Venom or SpOck (you can probably guess what era I started reading Spidey based on most of my choices
)

Are we talking about game or comics?
If it's game, then: Ben (Spider-Man), Kaine (Scarlet Spider with The Other, he's gone now but you never know...), Miguel (Spider-Man 2099 with tech) and Venom. Each would have different skills. Pretty much like Shattered Dimensions but on a bigger scale.
If it's comics, then: Ben (Spider-Man), Kaine (Scarlet Spider), Miguel (Spider-Man 2099) and Miles (Spider-Man).
