Titans United Review on CBR

I was reading this Review and the one before

I have 2 things to say to this:

1. As far as I undertstood this series should be based on the TV Show and NOT being in Comic continuity or?
Because in the Review it get mentioned things from Young Justice, Suicide Squad and Action Comics get mentioned, BUT!!! it has nothing to do with the TV Series, which features a different Conner.

2. The Review keeps mentioning that Action Comics said that his powers will disappear one day, and this happens now BUT!!!! the Comic Preview already says that someone has been STEALING their powers. So he DOESNT lose his powers, but they get STOLEN from him.

It has its own continuity, not really based on the TV show, just the roster.
