who's the weakest character from Heroes tv Show that can fight Omni-man?

you can use assumption of Peter Petrelli with all of Heroes powers here(often from having his empathic mimicry got Ando's Supercharge to copy all of Heroes powers)

Technically *any* character could *fight* Omni-Man. Most/all of them won't stand anything resembling a chance at victory, but they could definitely fight him for the fraction of a second it would take him to kill them.

There are only four that could (five if somehow the Haitian could negate his powers).

These are Sylar, Hiro, Hiro’s adopted son (Nathan?), and if we can somehow assume Peter has copied ALL the powers.

Of these, only Sylar can survive even a momentary confrontation thanks to regen. Hiro and his son could time dump him if they manage to react fast enough, but I don’t like their chances.

Same with DL Hawkins (phasing) or maybe that black hole guy we briefly saw.
