Sunny Joe (Legacy) vs. The Midnighter (Wildstorm)

Sunny Joe encounters The Midnighter, and due to a misunderstanding they end up fighting to the death. This is Sunny Joe as of Legacy: Homecoming, and The Midnighter as he was prior to DC's absorption of Wildstorm.

Further stipulations include the absence of Door or any variations of it. I want this to be an actual fight, and not a BFR contest.

The fight happens somewhere near the Arizona Reservation. The victory condition is either death or incapacitation of the enemy.

If anyone is unfamiliar with Sunny Joe I can provide feats.

I think that most of us are unfamiliar with Sunny. If he's anything beyond, say, book 2 Remo, Midnighter has absolutely zero chance.

Basically, all of his senses are enhanced. He knows a lot of pressure points that can paralyze or kill. He's an extremely casual bullet-timer, can slap away heavy artillery from M1 Abrams tanks with his bare hands, and rip them apart like they're made out of tissue paper. He also went through the Night of Salt which restructured his nervous system and digestive tract. He knows the proper Ki-Ai breathing techniques, and can draw from all the ambient energy in the air. He can disperse kinetic energy to an extent, and he also has control over momentum and can align himself with the universe's vibrations. He also mastered the Killing Nail. Which renders his fingernails into razor sharp blades that can cut through most metals.

In his fight with War Feather we see him disperse kinetic energy, and one of War Feather's attacks even passes through his chest. Suggesting that he is far along enough in his training to phase through matter like Remo and Chiun.

Given all of that, this seems like a stomp. He hits more than hard enough to hurt Midnighter, and he is more than fast enough to do it with impunity. Digging his fingers into tank armor? Ripping the turret off of the tank with his bare hands? Casually parrying the shot of the main gun from said tank in such a way that it misses everything? Casually redirecting bullets lethally and perfectly? Casually redirecting shrapnel from the middle of a multi-part explosion lethally into multiple targets? All while noodling about other things in his mind? Midnighter's poor battle computer is going to catch on fire.
