Same. Given that I found some pretty large issues with part one, I never made it further.

I think Darkshine being able to hit Garou and react to some of his attacks should be enough to give him a speed benchmark. He doesn't have many fights and the Garou fight was his first major one on one fight so taking feats from that fight and giving it to him as a whole should be possible.

I didn't include Tatsumaki and Atomic Samurai and Flashy Flash because I thought that all of them would be to much for Omni-Man and Battle Beast.

There's an asterisk or two on Darkshine hitting Garou. He only landed one shot on Garou when he was awake, and it was from basically launching himself at Garou from high speed, in tight quarters, when they were standing there talking to each other. Garou also tried deflecting it instead of dodging and it failed. He's also not immune to getting hit when he gets cocky.

When Garou actually pours on the speed, he is blitzing Darkshine preeeetty hard. It is also hard to gauge the balance of his condition with the constant injury but also power growth.
