I think the movie Remo from Remo Williams: The Adventure Begins could do it. The ability to run without actually impacting the ground would be very helpful. Also, regular humans survive those movies.

I agree there: even movie Remo is extremely fast, strong, has some degree of beyond normal senses and, as stated above, can run without impacting the ground.
