Strange Adventures #12 delayed?

It was supposed to come out today, I still see it listed as a release for today on a few sites and DC still has it listed with today's books. But, I'm also seeing it pushed to 10/12 on a few places (including my local store, Big Planet).
Anyone seen it on the shelves, or heard of it being pushed?

A LOT of titles have been reported as delayed. Can’t remember for sure, but I think it has something to do with a paper shortage or something. Someone please correct me if I’m wrong.

I subscribed to series on Comixology (because the issue wasn't listed) and the order confirmation says Oct 12.
