That's not the one - the other one.

And it doesn't matter that he's not throwing anything, that's the least important part. It's the styling and everything else really.
Edit: Also, does anyone remember this cover in a more yellow/golden hue? I distinctly remembered this cover in a different color...

That is just a generic pose to show the hero and his bike in a cool way.
DC: Dick Grayson, Wally West, Donna Troy, Yara Flor, Titans
Some of my favorite Mangas: One Piece, Slam Dunk, Fullmetal Alchemist, HunterXHunter, Vinland Saga, Monster, Berserk, Vagabond.
Current reading: Jujutsu Kaisen, Chainsaw Man, Spy X Family, Kaiju Nș8, Blue Lock, Dandadan.
I'm not your bro, bro. And sure, yours has more similarity - as does all the ones Drako posted, because they're so generic. Things that are generic are that way because there's so darn many that are similar. I just pulled out the most famous and iconic of the lot of genericness.
Nah that's pretty similar. But not so much to say batman has never ridden a motorcycle. Not so much an homage as just, more likely, "oh that's a cool pose, let's do that". I'll edit after seeing other comments, it's clearly been done many times prior to both.
Yeah, it's a generic pose and the two images are not even using the same angle. If anything the Batman one is more dynamic with the cape, and the angle of the Batarangs.
I agree with you except that Batman is more dynamic. I agree the art has more action. But for me, the pose and the abs, and Batman's abs include the belt buckle. It's really, really similar. I think tons of artists trace to learn and some just carry it forward lol
I guess any Ghost Rider comic panel?
That position is nothing new (ala Tim Sale) but obviously different POVs like the two which you posted are both different POV:
