Since I liked the Embassy idea best, I guess I'd say NYC. And maybe that's because I live in NYC too. LOL!

Probably said this already but a European city would be interesting. Especially one where a lot of international organizations are based like Hague, Geneva or Brussels. If it's american it should be based on NYC, Washington or San Fran.

Plenty of Midwesterners bounce out East or out West. (I did.)

For Diana, I’m thinking West Coast for a lot of different reasons.
I'm with Scott on wanting to see Diana in the American West ..and, perhaps, the Southwest. Why can't Holliday College be attached to a 'Holliday City' in Colorado or Arizona, home of Doc Holliday? Argus City? Marston City ..or Janus City?

It would certainly fit Etta's background, growing up in a big family on a ranch. It might also, for writers, re-characterize Wonder Woman, as belonging to a world of wild, timeless adventure, which Kanigher could have nailed down, in the Silver Age Fifties, ..if he'd just opened his eyes. I also think the idea of making Wonder Woman's city, the X-files Capital of the DCU, might play better in the Southwest, which people associate with weird experiences - UFOs in Roswell or the secrets of Nevada's Area 51. With all of that going on, a Roswellish Holliday City seriously could rock, as the home of ARGUS, also!

I had a little fun with the X-files idea, placing an aged bronze statue of Janus, atop my fan-created ARGUS Defense Citadel, ..hinting that Janus had travelled back in time and influenced the founding of ARGUS - that's the tone, I'm talking about! It sets the tone for what kind of supernatural, sci-fi fantasy stories, Wonder Woman fans expect to see her in, in her city and (more importantly) abroad. With Nubia &TA or a second monthly, featuring Diana with the AMAZONS, in more myth-inspired fantasy stories, all the Wonder-bases are covered.

Diana and her present cast [Yes! An actualy CAST!] launching into stories, from the American West, is a superb idea, on so many levels.

No city for me. Let her move around with Steve. Keeps her unique.
