Dependant on how angry hulk gets.
He's weaker, but the one way he got ragged dolled (by superior skill) will not apply until he's stupidly strong.

He runs into Tuska, they have an epic fight (Which brings hulk up to worldbreaker) and then decided it's time to start beating down chaos gods.
