OK, I will admit I haven't played Overwatch but I'd be shocked if a game where you run around with guns is competitive with the powers of the entire Justice League.

JLU Amazo is presumably at least as fast as the Flash. That means he is able to casually move at speeds such as when Wally blitzed Luthoriac.

And JLU Amazo isn't even the most powerful Amazo here. Comic Amazo is bonkers powerful. Able to curbstomp the comic JLA. He was even copying the Worlogog which is a universal reality warping artifact.
