Well, back before he was (seemingly) a full-time wandering Vigilante, Vic Sage was a pretty good investigative journalist. operating out of Hub City.
Jack Ryder was more of a sensationalist reporter, most often operating out of Gotham City.
Iris West became a better and better reporter as the years wore on, but I don't think she's ever been portrayed as Pulitzer material. Same thing probably goes for Linda Park.
Tawny Young is a west coast TV reporter. I don't know where she lands on the quality scale.
Mentally flipping through the DCU rolodex, it's astounding how many named reporters are based in Metropolis.
There's a reporter in Amnesty Bay, but I can't remember the name. Does anyone remember? I believe it's a woman. Funny how there doesn't seen to be any reporters in Coast City.

^^^oh, yeah!
^^^damn, that’s right.
^^^deep dive!
^^^Tawny Young rings a bell but I can’t picture her. Will Google though!
Only reporter I found from Amnesty Bay just now was a guy named Ray Delane who came down from Metropolis and may or may not have been killed by Black Manta.
Coast City may be the least developed DC City.
I remember when Linda actually had a speaking role in an event comic. Which is almost always Lois only territory. So I guess that counts.
there should be a journalism mini series not based on Lois. a freelancer who has an adventure involving the aftermath of hero battles.
