Hi guys

I just subscribed to Comicxology, and while I like it I have a few questions about it:

1- When do new comics become available in Comicxology Unlimited?

2- If a new comic is not on unlimited, can I borrow it, or do I have to buy it?

3- This is mainly about DC Universe and Marvel Unlimited, when do they release new comics?
