Well, Cyclops' age is the very same (18) in both Origins and Apocalypse, so it's 1983. 15 years before "X-Men 1", which can be placed in 1999 ("future time" from the First Class perspective).
That said, they HINT about the nuclear incident having happened in the past.

Logan and Creed just embarked in a kind of black ops war tour, or something along those lines. An off-the-radar suicide operation.

Otherwise, mind you. William Stryker jr. in DOFP did not know who Logan was. His early "Team X" in Vietnam was formed by Havok (kinda of, reluctant), Ink, Toad and some others.
Warren Worthington the III was a child 10 years before X-Men the Last Stand but a late teen to early 20 something in X-Men Apocalypse set in 1983. Jean is a child 20 years before TLS film events again this doesn't mesh with the X-Men Apocalypse version of Jean which is a teen by 1983. Moira is a geneticist and played by an actress born in 1968 in The Last Stand but is an CIA Agent active in 1962. So Cyclops' age means nothing.

As for Stryker not knowing Wolverine well Xavier forgot Mystique was his sister in the 1st 3 X-Men films. We must assume for some reason he chose to ignore it like Stryker ignored knowing Wolverine.

Also there is no mention that Wolverine and Creed missions pre Stryker were black ops that's just something you're pulling from your own head canon to try and make it work.

    As simple as that:

1- The Archangel in "Apocalypse" was not Warren Worthington III (see The Last Stand), but a Cheyarafim. I call him "Kenneth".
Cheyarafim and Neyaphem first appear in Uncanny X-Men #429. According to the character Azazel, the Cheyarafim are a group of angel-like mutants who were the traditional enemies of the Neyaphem, a demonic-looking group of mutants who lived in Biblical times. The Cheyarafim were fanatics who had a strict, absolutist view of morality which led them into conflict with the Neyaphem. This escalated into a holy war, causing the Neyaphem to be exiled into an alternate dimension. What happened to the Cheyarafim after this has not been revealed.

2- Jean was 8/9 years old in 1975 (see Dark Phoenix). She was 13/14 in 1980 (see prologue of TLS). Hence, she was 16/17 in "Apocalypse".

3- Moira II (TLS) was the daughter of First Class Moira MacTaggert's brother. Same surname. She was born in 1970. Indeed, she was 30 years old in TLS (set in 2000).

    It's perfect.

Except the scene with young Jean in TLS took place in the mid 80's not 1980 given when the events of TLS take place.

X-Men was released in 2000 and the film said it was the near future so there is no way TLS takes place in 2000 it was the mid 00's.

The rest is your made up head canon.

No. The credits just say: 20 years before. The events of TLS take place in 2000. There's no time stamp given anyway.

Well, as we can assess from Days of Future Past, pretty darn similar. Now, if they retcon Logan's Vietnam service into a different conflict exclusive to that universe after the "real" war, that would work, but the Powers That Be have never addressed it as such.

Comics lore is irrelevant to the movies, which are adaptations and make their own changes. The Powers That Be did go on record that it was the same Angel, who had been born earlier due to the timeline changes. That doesn't make sense, given that Apocalypse Angel had to have been born before the time shift in Days of Future Past, but, seeing how the Powers That Be weren't afraid to pull the "different character" retcon with Origins: Wolverine Emma after First Class had a "real" Emma Frost, it is significant that they didn't pull it here.

The problem isn't her age, but the fact that Last Stand shows she was younger than Angel, which Apocalypse retconned with a clumsy explanation that leaves its own plot holes. One of those will never make sense based on the onscreen information, so it's a take your pick situation.

Seeing how First Class was made under the assumption of discounting Last Stand and then Days of Future Past tried to retroactively tie everything together, this mistake is understandable. Given how the Powers That Be haven't retconned it, like they did with the two Emmas, it would appear that the intent is that they are the same character, however improbable the change in careers is. In any event, there's zero evidence that MacTaggert had a brother, much less a niece named after her (Also, the movie series was infamous for not having the actors age as time went on, anyways.)
Doctor Strange: "You are the right person to replace Logan."
X-23: "I know there are people who disapprove... Guys on the Internet mainly."

LOGIC DEDUCTION is our solution. We don't care about screenwriters, producers or superior entities in Hollywood. Their interviews are NOT canon. What you get on-screen must be elaborated by YOUR LOGIC and MIND. And it works.

    So:

1- Black ops missions are secret, and their soldiers look like normal soldiers. Camouflage. As simple as that, Logan and Creed returned in Vietnam for some mission. It was February or March. It's not science fiction. Black ops missions exist. You're not supposed to know about them, even...

2- Forget about the comic book lore. In movieverse, Nightcrawler and Azazel are NOT related, and they both look like devils/demons. That's it. There are MORE Angel-like mutants around the world in the XCM. In X2, Stryker had the X-ray of an Angel-like mutant, maybe it was 1983's Archangel in the original timeline. It's perfect. Cheyarafim!
On the other hand, CLONES are not only comic book lore, but even sci-fi movie lore. As simple as that, there were clones. There was Essex Corporation pulling the strings behind (see the post-credits sequence of "Apocalypse", 1983). There was extensive experimentation on mutants... see Weapon XI.

3- NO. In the TLS prologue, the actress was 12/13 years old. The TLS prologue must be set in 1980. There are no problems. Rejoice.

4- There's another Moira MacTaggert. Young. 30 years old. She could be FC Moira's daughter or niece. Your pick. "Apocalypse" did not show her having a daughter, so I say: niece. What we know is that First Class Moira's surname is NOT Kinross. It's MacTaggert. And the "second" Moira is related to her. Not that big of deal. Enjoy the movies, they are great.

    About Sabretooth:

Victor Creed underwent a secondary mutation and evolved into Sabretooth. Or maybe, someone experimented on him in the 1983-1999 timespan. 16 years. Maybe Stryker... because we know that Stryker did not stay in prison for too long, after the events of "Origins".

Logan lost his memory and he couldn't recognize Victor anyway, because Victor as Sabretooth looked vastly different.

Sabretooth lost his memory too, but he did seem to recognize Logan's dog tags in X1. Nice touch! Vague reminiscences...
