I wish they'd just say Arakko, not Planet Arakko every time. After all, you say Earth, not Planet Earth, most of the time.

    definitely not Forearm or Slab.

    no idea who they are.
No, I'm quite sure that is Forearm and Slab. I can't seem to post the screenshot, but take a look at S.W.O.R.D. Issue 5 Page 23.
Valerio Schiti redesigned Forearm and Slab as members of S.W.O.R.D.'s Security Team for that issue.
Then look back at the Frenzy panel in this preview. The Forearm and Slab from issue 5 were clearly used as reference to draw the two mutants in this panel.
Yes, the coloring is all off, but that can be attributed to the change in colorists (Fernando Sifuentes instead of Marte Gracia) and lax editorial.

While a lot of folks have already said something along this line, that is a pretty good get on the "Art..." front.

Hopefully, that is the start of good things.

we are also sitting on earth and having a self-centered perspective. Maybe aliens are saying planet earth?

Regent of Sol looks EXHAUSTING. Its all endless insults and murder-cross-fit every damn day. I don't know if Storm is just reveling in the adrenaline rush of this existence or if she's just too strung out to even sleep properly. Does she have that Krakoan coffee that Yana loves to much on an IV when she's not laying these mutants flat? I hope she gets a vacation. She deserves it.

Plot-wise it's already becoming tedious for me...how many times she's going to have to prove herself? Is that all she'll be doing? What about her responsibilities as Regent of Sol? She needs to done that **** once and for all and get to the important stuff.

I mean, this preview does feel like a pivot from the aforementioned tediousness. We get the reminder that this Arraki-battle **** is constant, but that directly leads into the Abigail of it all with "Hey, Ro. You gotta do your JOB-JOB. We've got company so fast track your latest conquest plz!"
I mean, as we saw previously (tediously, heh <3) Miss Munroe backs down to no challenge, and I'll bet this fool with projectile quills(?) has no respect for a woman's time or schedule.

Apparently a lot as the Arakki are a warlike people. I think that’s the point. But I doubt Ewing will keep beating it into the ground for months and months. I think he’s just establishing how she’s settling into the role and having to constantly prove herself to these mutants who’ve known nothing but conflict. I’m sure the bigger story will progress from here. In Ewing I trust.

Hehe...I was totally Brand when I saw that panel: "I thought that nonsense was done when she put Tarn in his place" now she has to waste time on these far lesser fools, too? LoL. Maybe she should have killed Tarn to get the message across to everyone else that she's not to be trifled with. Don't come challenging if you don't want to die.
That's my hope. That he doesn't beat it into the ground. Because she has a Job-Job to do, and I want to see her doing that job more than beat some poor fool into the ground.

TRULY! And look at her. She's out here giving prima ballerina twirls. She faced TARN -- got WRECKED -- and still skewered that MF. And here she is giving cirque du soleil spins to this jackal. She's humoring him. Projectiles?? He thinks he cute.

And Jackraow21: SAME! In Ewing we trust.

Another reason we need a Krakoa Handbook for status updates on ALL mutants .... ever
