At first I was like "No, that's wrong" then I thought "It makes sense"....lol

So with Magik being a favorite of two of the three writers on Uncanny (Rosenberg and Thompson), I’m expecting some big moments for Illyana. Keeping my fingers crossed!

I’d like to see Tom Taylor’s take on Magik. I would go as far to say that Magik is better off on”X-men Red” than “New Mutants: Dead Souls”.

Well Dead Souls only has one issue left. Also, not sure X-Men Red is long for this world once Uncanny gets going.

Yeah we can't forget that her and Magneto were the ones who broke Scott out of jail post AvsX, and she was in the New Mutants when he was headmaster. She's absolutely not shy about working with him. They real question would be her motivation.

There’s been several iterations of Magik over the years in the hands of different writers that it’s difficult to pinpoint Magik’s character as a whole. She was a hero, anti-hero, villain, etc... She was altruistic, shady, manipulative, self sacrificing, kind, harsh, and so on...
