Heather O' Rourke's "They're heeeree" from Poltergeist is a bit creepy, but apart from that she wasn't particularly unsettling.

The Grady twins from the Shining. Still gives me the creeps when that kid rounds the corner on his trike and there they are holding hands in those blue church dresses at the end of the long hallway. "Play with us." Nope! Nope! Nope!

To avoid spoilers, I'll quickly mention the Blob (1988) and Don't Look Now.

    Kid from Babadook
    Bad Ronald

How about creepy kids in regular movies? (eg Tin Drum, other films?)

Macaulay Culkin in “The Good Son”.

More thriller than horror, but still scurry.

If it counts, my choice would be Henry's baby (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eraserhead):

For that matter, full baby horror was a whole thing. It's Alive, The Kindred, or The Brood come to mind.

Love this. That movie scared me to death the first time I saw it. Very underrated movie.

I'd go Gage in the original Pet Sematary.

This thread reawakened a memory of an old VHS horror tape I never got around to watching - Friday 13th The Orphan. Delightfully dodgy in that it has nothing to do with Jason. Looks creepy enough.

Grady Twins get my vote as well, that iconic hallway scene is still creepy af. Also, Danny Torrance gets a bit creepy later in the movie when he checks out and the Tony persona takes over and starts croaking out... "Danny's not here Mrs. Torrance..."
