Devil May Cry Animated Series from Adi Shankar

In a recent interview with the outlet Tech Raptor, Adi Shankar gave a major update on Devil May Cry, stating how far along the creative team is in the process of bringing the series to life:

"All the season one scripts are done. I collaborated with a very talented writer named Alex Larson on the scripts. The scripts are rad and I wanted to execute them in a manner that would make my fellow DMC fans proud. Again, this was developed by a DMC fan for DMC fans, that was the ethos of this project. Production should start at the beginning of next year."

Without a promo art or teaser trailer it's hard to stay interested. I kinda forgot about it till now. I was disappointed with the last anime attempt and 4/5 weren't my thing.

So I hope it's good and this renews interest in the franchise. I was a fan of Netflix Castlevania so I'm cautiously optimistic.

I think 5 did renew interest. The franchise seems to be in a pretty good place.

I know but no new content didn't help keep it up. People played the game and just moved on to the next. Atleast with this we'll have some thing new to talk about.
