I forgot Cleveland was still even playing. Luka got Kyre and finally got over the Clippers hump. The most shameful 'run-it-back' team I don't even think is the Lakers or thr Suns. It's the Clippers. PG is after long last on the downside of his career, Harden's brand of franchise crushing shame has got to be winding down and you're in the bonus if you get 2/3rd's of a season from Kawhi. AND they old. Least the organization has an FX TV series to lean on, that cable network make great television.

RIP to the 76er's season. Yes Harris will be gone, Buddy too prolly. No real free agents to hold onto. We now know Maxey is the future and at least Embid can change some things in the off season. Honestly at least this was a good fighting death. Not like Ben Simmons or a last Kawhi shot or a Harden burn. Other than the Knicks taking over the arena, the last few seasons haven't been, kind.
Beefing up the old home security, huh?
    You bet yer ass.

Anthony Edwards had himself a night with 43 points as the T-Pups topped Denver 106-99.

I heard talk that the T-Wolves had the best chance in the West of beating Denver. Better than OKC, as far as the match ups.
There came a time when the Old Gods died! The Brave died with the Cunning! The Noble perished locked in battle with unleashed Evil! It was the last day for them! An ancient era was passing in fiery holocaust!

Now to see what sort of adjustments Denver makes for game two.

Stopping Edwards from 40+ would be a start.

But Jokic 11 for 25 from the floor and 2 for 9 on 3s. He would have to do better for Denver to win.

So it's the Cavs who will lose to the Celtics in 4.

At this point in the proceedings, only the Knicks can keep Boston from returning to the Finals from the East.

    For round 2 I see,
    Celtics in 4 or 5
    Knicks in 6 or 7
    OKC in 4 or 5
I think Nuggets / T Wolves will go 7 but don't know who takes it.

Just heard Maxi Kelber is out for the Mavs. And Doncic is not 100%
