Item you struggle to remember to pack when traveling

Whether it's work-related ot a pleasure trip, what item do you regularly forget to pack or bring with you?

For me, it's my phone charger. I basically have to wrap it around my phone or I'll leave it home. What about you?

Shampoo. I couldn't tell you the number of times I've arrived at my destination, unpacked my toiletries bag and found I hadn't packed any shampoo.

If you are planning a trip, write down a list of everything you will need ahead of time. Then start packing the day before you leave, referring to the list as you do. Even better, lay out on a flat surface like a bed everything that gets packed the day before, then check it against your list before actually putting it into suitcases.

My son's white noise. I end up having to plug in my phone and play an all-night thunderstorm or something like that.
