There came a time when the Old Gods died! The Brave died with the Cunning! The Noble perished locked in battle with unleashed Evil! It was the last day for them! An ancient era was passing in fiery holocaust!

Cultures are arguably unique, which therefore makes nationalisms distinctly different and unique. The Nationalism of Germany's third Reich was quite different from the liberal market nationalism of the British Empire.
Furthermore, capitalism is a said offspring of Anglophone culture and the nationalism that shaped the British Empire, and consequently the global marketplace, so the two go hand in hand.
Yes one can argue that capitalism is unique but it's formation is based on cultures as well. The capitalist social democracies of Scandinavia are quite different than the United States & it's cousins (UK, Australia, Canada) more traditional classical liberal capitalism.
Finally, China has a unique form of nationalism and capitalism. A totalitarian outreaching imperialist state with a capitalist engine fueling its economy.
