I don't know for certain but based on the talent and the names involved...this was a pre-sold film. In other words the budget was set and the producers filled the cast with people who would take the job not people who were qualified or very good. All tje producers involved and the insurance company are going to get hammered. But was Baldwin's actions criminal....not even close to what Reed was doing.

The film had 6 producers and 4 executive producers. I doubt Baldwin directly hired anyone.

He was pretty nasty with his daughter and constantly gets into stuff with bystanders, and neither of those things have anything to do with this case either.

The fact that the armorer missed 5 live rounds after an earlier accidental discharge that level of gross incompetence really shouldn't reflect on Baldwin.

See you mention this prior discharge, but oddly seem to think that shouldn't or can't legally reflect on Baldwin.
