Storm is my number one, the ranking after that really depends on how well the character is being written.
The other nine would be Jean, Rachel, Elizabeth, Kitty, Lorna, Megan, Laura, Danni, Illyana.

I really like writing Jean in my fanfics though (they’re all Kurt stories and I find Jean and Kurt to have a nice synergy).


Edit to add - Ooh! I forgot Rogue! How could I forget Rogue? Swap her for Laura or Megan.
