I'm pretty sure the artist never saw that Indian cover. Seems like a generic yet stylish idea that only seems like they could be related because generic.

Of the top of my head it reminds me of one of the covers from...was it The Dark Knight or The Dark Knight Rises where we see Batman on the "Batpod" cycle? You know the image, this all gives me very serious vibes of that.
