    I like the opening monologue on Gotham's water distribution system and the wastewater collection system. Though saying that Penguin has control over the Sanitation Department of Gotham City Public Works means they influence Waste Disposal and Recycling.

    (Source: I studied as an Operator-In-Training during 2019 and worked in Public Works during my four-month practicum).
    I'm currently reading Batman, Detective Comics, DCeased: Dead Planet, Dark Knights: Death Metal, Daredevil, Thor, Nightwing, The Rise of Ultraman and Red Hood and The Outlaws. I'm also trade-waiting the Hickman-era of X-Men comics.
